App decided not to upload 3 photos

Steps to reproduce
- Configured auto upload
- Took photos
- All were uploaded except for 3
- And I'm UNAWARE until I go into the App, Settings, Auto upload to check (Why is this even necessary???)
(And can stop the animation when finding the server's info? It makes bug reporting more frustrating than it has to be)
Expected behaviour
Everything should be uploaded, why are there 3 stragglers? Once again confidence takes a hit

App likes to make funny decisions without explaining why

While I agree with the sentiment, as I am affected as well (at least the people using my nextcloud instance are), aren't you precisely pointing out that you are creating what you know to be a duplicate issue?
As I point out here, I expect a lot of improvements to land on 3.35.0-rc1 that have already been merged weeks ago in master.
It would be helpful if you could build a master branch .apk and report back. We might learn if there are other fixes to find or if it's just a matter of 3.35.0 being considered ready to ship (I'd argue it's overdue...)
Thanks, but I'm in production, I think installing a self built APK will make it incur amnesia again (https://github.com/gtsteffaniak/filebrowser/issues/1010#issuecomment-3586313759)
Also, I did try to help nextcloud reduce their 1.2k open issues in the past, but it does not seem like they care
