Nextcloud Android Sync files "2147483647% file", max int32 value all the time

Steps to reproduce
- Open Nextcloud on android
- go to files "on device"
- Select some directory to sync
Expected behaviour
Expected to Sync files that Missing on device.
Actual behaviour
What am I seeing - all files are re-downloading again. The weird max int32 positive value in synchronized files ( see image )
All file has this value during synchronization. Average file size ~100kb - 10mb

In addition, This happening only when clicked on synchronize on the root item in "On Device" directory listing. If I enter sub directory and click "Sync" on specific directory, everything goes as expected.
