Steps to reproduce

1. Open "Photos and Videos"
2. Input enough photos to scroll
3. Scroll down
4. Experience constant refreshing with a refresh circle while scrolling down

Expected behaviour

No refreshing while scrolling down

Constant refreshing while scrolling down
