Client not detecting remastered images for auto upload

Steps to reproduce

  1. Take a photo
  2. It get automatically uploaded
  3. Open the the photo and remaster it. I'm using Samsung galaxy

Expected behaviour

  • The client should detect that a photo has been modified and uploaded to server

Actual behaviour

  • Client not detecting change

Can you reproduce this problem on https://try.nextcloud.com?

  • Please create a test demo account and see if this still happens there.
  • If yes, please open up a bug report
  • If not, please verify server setup and ask for help on forum
