allow onlyoffice on arm64 when docker images are available

  • [ ] needs multiarch images or at least version tags for the arm version (currrently only latest is provided)

needs to be allowed everywhere where it is excluded currently. Best is to search for onlyoffice simply in both repos.

After talking with the management, it was decided to not implement this.
