Add port definition for web admin interface

kri164 avatar Apr 17 '24 10:04 kri164

Yes !!! Maybe update internal port "internal_port": "8080", ?

Could we use the official image? It is possible to add certificates from the admin interface.

If you already have a TLS certificate for your server, you can upload it in the Settings > Server > TLS > Certificates section. See : https://stalw.art/docs/install/docker/

I added a header to the configuration file:

[!WARNING] Nextcloud Community Containers are beta features. The Stalwart server is under development.

The stability of these two services is not guaranteed. Do not use this feature as a main mail server without a redundancy system and without knowledge.

To learn or use as a secondary server enjoy it and please report bugs at marcoambrosini/aio-stalwart.

Stalwart is moving to version 0.8, I think we should wait for this update before merging. And we can write a tutorial to configure Nextcloud Mail, a bit like for LLDAP.

It would be good to put some links to tutorials for configuring a DNS zone and adding MX redundancy.

What do you think?

Sounds good! Thanks for handling this :)

The new version 0.8 has just been published. It includes breaking of data structure change.

I tried to update my own server, but it was failed. I am stupid, I did not save :disappointed:. It doesn't matter, I have nothing important.

Hey, I am wondering shouldn't we merge the change here already so that people can use v0.7.0? Then you could do the update to v0.8.0 in a follow-up...

szaimen avatar May 24 '24 12:05 szaimen

Yes, it seems good to me. I don't have enough time, but I managed to migrate my server!

To test in beta.
