Add CHANGELOG.md

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the Apps page in your Nextcloud instance
  2. Click on the Activity app
  3. Notice that there is no 'Changelog' tab in the sidebar

Expected behaviour

See a Changelog tab in the sidebar with the latest changes.

Nextcloud 20 automatically loads CHANGELOG.md from app repositories to show the latest changes on Nextcloud's Apps page (in the sidebar). This repository doesn't have a CHANGELOG.md file so people need to go to the releases page to see what has changed. Can a CHANGELOG.md be added? This would make it much easier for users to see what has changed/improved in new versions of Activity :+1::100:!

There is no Changelog tab
