Group Settings from the same app

Might be cleaner if the Personal Page groups the Activity Settings of the same App in a subcategory

The main question is, can you reuce your app to only have one setting?

I have 5 differents settings now for Circles, I can reduce to 3, but if tomorrow 5 apps integrate themselves into Activity with 3 settings each it might fill your page really quickly.
