Show the email address of the recipient on all activities on folders shared via mail (rather than `remote user`)

Steps to reproduce

1. Share a File via email
2. Open the activity log for the shared file / folder
3. Watch the activities that are not consistent in their message.

Expected behaviour

The activity app shows the mail address of the recipient on all activities and not only on downloads.

Actual behaviour

• The activity app shows "was created in a public folder" when a file / folder is created in the shared directory
• The activity app shows "remote user" when a file is renamed or deleted
• The activity app shows the actual email address when a file is downloaded.

Server configuration

Operating system: Kubernetes

Web server: Nginx and PHP Fpm

Database: MYSQL

PHP version: PHP 8.1.19

Where did you install Nextcloud from: Official helm chart and official docker images
