[Bug]: mass download notifications

Bug description

this issue happens in versions 24, 25 and 26: if you share a video via a link and the user of the link does not download the video, but plays it in the browser, then you get the download notification in large numbers during playback, not just once

Steps to reproduce

1. create a shar link for folder with video or video
2. use the share link in browser
3. play the video right now in your browser

one notification only

This is indeed, very annoying, and I hope it will be addressed. Sometimes I'm sending video links to multiple persons and get 60 notifications in a minute. This renders the sharing unusable.

This very annoying bug is still not fixed in Nextcloud 29.0.4

Would be great to solve this bug soon, so that people working on video-editing and montage can use Nextcloud to its full potential, knowing how many people have effectively viewed a video that has been shared
