Steps to reproduce

1. Open emoji picker
2. Go to another tab in the picker
3. Close the picker
4. Open the picker again

Expected behaviour

Either the first tab should be selected or the last tab should be show

Actual behaviour

The last tab is selected, but the first tab is shown. Clicking on the selected tab again fixes it

Moving to vue library, but most likely it's not even an issue there but further upstream

Some info.

When the popup is closed, it is actually still "hiddenly open" for some time (to make reopening fast, floating-vue feature). This is why the active category is preserved in the tabs.

But when reopened, popover does something with the DOM which resets the scroll position...
