Update Issue template

Description

Feature Request

  • The Issue template is outdated its need to be updated.
  • In Issue Template for the better understanding there should be a different Templates for different issues.
  • Like for example if someone wants to report a bug or feature issue there should be a different template for this two issues.

Expected Change: ISSUE_Template/Bug_Template, Feature_Template.
