This license text was published, without a version, 2024-10-01. It contains multiple restrictions and obligations that are difficult to interpret, such as "use, copy, and distribute the Software, and create Modified Versions (but not other modifications or derivative works) of the Software". Legal review strongly recommended. Companies operating outside the USA should note the "Governing Law" text "The rights and obligations of the parties to this Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods."
