Compare to tabspaces?

I couldn't quickly discern any differences. Maybe @mclear-tools has input here too or has used perspective-el before.

context: I was reading https://old.reddit.com/r/emacs/comments/135oyr6/tmux_sessionslike_package_for_emacs/ and became curious of the differences between perspective-el and tabspaces.
