Is it possible to save the video until we watched it, and the next time we open the video, it will start from the last place we watched?

Yeah you can you can save the last watched Duration locally and next time when you come back then you can pass the Duration to this function after initializing the video controller.videoSeekTo(Duration(minutes:1,seconds:5))
