Add instrumentation for Hanami

Hanami is a Ruby web framework steadily growing in popularity. It provides a different way to think about application development with some themes from functional programming. They're about to release version 2.1.

During RubyConf, Tim Riley, one of Hanami's maintainers, gave a talk "Livin' La Vida Hanami" - Link from a talk with the same title at Brighton Ruby 2023.

We had a chance to talk with Riley afterward and learned that Hanami has plans to introduce some type of pub/sub model in 3.x and that he would be willing to collaborate with us to develop a strategy to meaningfully instrument Hanami.
