[Dashboards] Quickstart improvement priority custom viz

Problem

The problem I'm facing is there are many sources of data to decide what quickstarts could be improved. BUT, it's very manual to cobble it all together. It be cool if we had a custom viz that could give us a forced ranked list of what quickstarts are generating the most data indicative of making improvements in order to identify which ones should be improved.

Potential data points

Ingest data

• quickstarts with high install rates, but low data ingest.
• quickstarts with low install rates, and little to no data ingest

Quickstart components

• those quickstarts that lack install plans
• those quickstarts that lack dashboards and alerts

SEO data

• The SEO team has been able to provide data on what people are searching for externally,
• The SEO team has SERP rankings

I/O data

• We we have data external I/O for many iterations like search terms, clicks through etc.
• We we have data for internal I/O for many iterations like search terms, clicks through etc.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Create a custom viz that can pull all this data together in easy to view place
• [ ] add this to our I/O ecosystem dashboard
• [ ] the custom viz code should be stored in an experimental repo in the New Relic Org
• [ ] Provide an output that would rank a quickstart to decide what to improv
• [ ] Find additional quickstarts to improve on for Emil and make some tickets
