[Repository] Update quickstarts with text only logos

We have many quickstarts that are generic white and black text only logos, we should change these out for either actual branded logos if available, or use the generic new relic logo with the text overlay.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Inventory all text only logos
• [x] obtain the default logo from marketing
• [ ] search the internetz to see if a logo file is available, if so, use this logo file and update the quickstart
• [ ] if not use the default logo file provided by New Relic Marketing
• [ ] Refactor the Packimg.js function that generated a generic logo to use this default logo as a background, and overlay the text of the name of the pack.
