Support APM agent using Kubernetes Operator

It would be great to see if New Relic could provide an option to deploy APM agents on Kubernetes platform (OpenShift, AKS, EKS, IKS, GKE) for the applications packaged and deployed as an Operator.

DD has it: https://www.datadoghq.com/blog/datadog-operator/ and it's something New Relic is looking into supporting.
