Fix default value reference for fluentBit.db. Currently appears to be a duplicate from fluentBit.path.

Default /var/log/flb_kube.db is referenced here: https://github.com/newrelic/helm-charts/blob/master/charts/newrelic-logging/values.yaml#L31
