Notice Errors outside transactions

Summary

newrelic errors ui provides a functionality to notice custom errors outside transactions but currently go-agent doesn't provide anyway to do this.

this is helpful to notice errors that are returned by asynchronous processes like async kafka consumer returning errors etc,..

Desired Behaviour

Be able to notice errors without creating transaction

Hi @eightnoteight , thanks for this feature request! I'm pretty sure this will involve some refactoring, since Transactions form the basis many concepts in the Go Agent.

I'll make sure our Product Manager sees this to help them prioritize this work.
