This is Relationship file for AWS SQS For AWS SQS the Candidate file AWSSQSQUEUE.yml and definition file is already created

1. For this we have created a node test app with Otel provider
2. And we have sent the queueURL through SDK Otel attributes and got the Queue url in both span and metric here is the query link which got the URL parameters
3. As per this discussion we're passing on the queueURL in field attributes
