Cleanup PHP Agent's documentation to make it less confusing for customers and support:
- refactor operating systems compatibility and requirements into table with links to install methods
- cleanup processors compatibility and requirements by using industry standard acronyms
- cleanup install instructions for Red Hat like distributions and make it clear that package install method is available only for x86_64 cpu.
- cleanup install instructions for Debian like distributions and make it clear that package install method is available only for x86_64 cpu.
- cleanup tar file install instructions and make it clear that this method works for any supported operating system on any supported cpu architecture
- cleanup agent's update instructions
- cleanup aarch64 instructions by removing no longer supported 'build from source' and redirecting to tar file install instructions
- cleanup
Dockerfileexample by modernizing it and making it work on any Docker "official image" forphp.
