chore(apm/php): cleanup compatibility requirements table

Cleanup PHP Agent's documentation to make it less confusing for customers and support:

• refactor operating systems compatibility and requirements into table with links to install methods
• cleanup processors compatibility and requirements by using industry standard acronyms
• cleanup install instructions for Red Hat like distributions and make it clear that package install method is available only for x86_64 cpu.
• cleanup install instructions for Debian like distributions and make it clear that package install method is available only for x86_64 cpu.
• cleanup tar file install instructions and make it clear that this method works for any supported operating system on any supported cpu architecture
• cleanup agent's update instructions
• cleanup aarch64 instructions by removing no longer supported 'build from source' and redirecting to tar file install instructions
• cleanup Dockerfile example by modernizing it and making it work on any Docker "official image" for php.
