Need to update the page since the Azure UI is changed

This page, in the step 4, it shows "From the Select dropdown, select the app's name; for example, NewRelic-Integrations."

But the Azure UI is changed, now there is no dropdown, but just a text box for search.

So it would be great if it is updated to help readers to search the app name in the text box.

I was confused and tried to find dropdown...!
