Round-Sync Files cannot be uploaded without WIFI

What is your Android version, phone model and manufacturer?

Android 13 stock, Samsung.

Which steps are required to reproduce this issue?

Enter to remote
Select file to upload
App will notify that you can't upload the file even if you allowed to in the settings.

Wait, did you check the "Transfer files only over Wi-Fi"-toggle? Or is it un-checked?

I have this same issue, and have the "Transfer files only over Wi-Fi" toggle unchecked. I have denied network access to the app via firewall on my phone. Files cannot be uploaded even to my local storage when doing so.

For me, the problem was solved by excluding the application from the firewall. What are you using for the firewall?

I get error "Couldn't sync ... because network was unavailable" for local-only copy.
