Which steps are required to reproduce this issue?

1. Try cerating a new remote
2. Select “Seafile”
3. Try setting a custom server URL
4. Only the default 'https://cloud.seafile.com' is available

What is your configuration (rclone.conf)?

No RClone setup. Only the default “type” and “remote” parameters are listed.

Does the same issue also occur when using the same configuration on a PC or in Termux?

No, it's Round-Sync specific.
