Filename Encryption value not auto populated in edit UI

When editing a remote crypt, the UI does not show the previously set value for Filename Encryption as shown.

Here the value should be auto populated as "standard".

Probably a related duplicate of #195 due to the rclone.conf not containing/saving the filename_ecryption value.

The password field would also be not populated. It looks like the issue is resolved in RoundSync - v2.4.3-beta
