Add transmission

Hi all,

On a local fork on my laptop I have begun adding TX support, it spawns a new thread & returns a handle to the thread (the thread needs ownership of the dh to send data, hence making it unusable on other threads as it will either be always locked or take ownership)

It uses a callback which probably isn't the best way to do it.
