Add support for stripped cache viewing mode.

Google provides "text-only" versions on cached pages. Currently this mode works poorly in GCB. Suggested changes:

  1. Detect when page is loaded in stripped mode and put clear url in navigation bar.
  2. Add "text-only mode" switch into GCB UI.
