Getting an error after running "pip install -r requirements.txt" command
yes i am facing the same issue I think we have to know the python version first then install that python version then "pip install -r requirements.txt" .

try a virtual env and install python version 8 on that virtual env then on that env run pip install -r requirements.txt .

you can try this requirements.txt that I've attached below. and python version must be 3.8 hope it will work!
