xrdp file copy slow

using xrdp + neutrinordp as an rdp proxy（build in my linux server）, copy file from remote windows server to PC, transfer speed is very slow, About 30K/s. I use mstsc to connect directly to my server,speed is fast, About 3M/s. Is there anything I didn't realize? Is there a switch option to adjust?Any suggestion is appreciated.

i redirect my pc drive to remote server, and i copy file to the drive
