Connecting to Ubuntu 20.04 from Win10 performs LOW FPS

I connect to Ubuntu20.04 from Win10 in LAN. And both them connected by a 1Gbs Network Cable and 1Gbs router. When I drug windows on the ubuntu, it can be seen that the ubuntu has a very low frame rate. It would also appear when enlarging and constructing windows.

But other operations don't stuck such as doing some projects in pycharm or browser in Chrome and not any delay.

My Ubuntu20.04 is installed on the computer with i9-10900x and RTX 2070, so I didn't think the reason is hardware. I have installed Graphics driver from NVIDIA website and CUDA is working too.
