Add a script to test the assembly code

This test is failing with the current devel branch for x86_64. It was working for revision 4b6579c699fcd4647655c5b4735bf9cf22a9bbee

We can change the script to be run by make check, but the regression should be fixed first.

This is the fast rlgr1/3 functions that cause this. Looking at it now.

The test is passing now. But please consider this PR as work in progress. The test is slow and depends on ImageMagick.
