Window disappears after maximizing on windows 10.

How to reproduce issue,

1. Open the exe file
2. maximise the window
3. close the window
4. Open the exe file
5. The window will start as maximised, and minimize it
6. The window disappears, and you can't see the window even if you reopened the file

The only way to fix it is to delete the .tmp file that has the window_state
