Feature Request: When running neu build --release allow for output path option.

The default output path when running neu build --release is set to dist. It would be nice to have a configuration option in neutralino.config.json to override this path and set your own directory location.

Awesome work on this project!! Very much needed replacement for Electron. Cheers!
