WindowMax Bar feature preview

When enabled, the WindowMax Bar provides alternate set of settings for the bar to use when a window is maximized. The available settings include, Bar Color, Transparency, Margins, Border etc. The main idea is to make the bar merge better when the desktop isn't visible (due to a maximized window) and also be minimal to stay out of the way while still retaining the style as much possible.
