[BUG]: Window title bar BG color different from the theme for non-native windows

Describe the bug The window title bar BG color is set automatically by auto-theme on GTK4 (Gnome native) windows. But on some other GTK windows (version 3 or less ?), the color is not the same. And on some non-GTK windows (electron, QT...), this is also the case (although in that case, I can more easily understand why).

To Reproduce Note the title bar color BG on a Gnome native application (ex: extension manager) => green-like

Open P3X-onenote (electron) => Red or pink like

Open Bitwarden => Red or pink like

Open Moonlight (QT) => white

Open Easy flatpak => grey

Open Vivaldi web browser => Red or pink like
