During the debugging of example-4.1-multimodel-custom-model.ipynb, it was found that the output values of thalamocortical.r_mean_inh (0, :) were all nan. According to the model definition, This indicates that the discharge rate values of inhibitory neurons in the cortical model are all nan. Obviously, this is unreasonable.
