The latest version (v0.7.17) includes a preference to "hijack" a system process for mounting. While I don't recommend this hack at all for sensitive data, it may help to identify the mounting issues if you activate it on the systems where mounting fails.

I activated hijack but mount fail. How to indentify problem?

adb logcat may have some additional information.

My logcat is: http://1drv.ms/1Fvzvri

Can you analyze my logcat?

I couldn't find anything in your logcat that would explain why mounting fails. It might be worth checking explicitly whether the target folder contains your decrypted data (from a root shell) even though the app gives you an error message. It would also be helpful to try using encfs from the command line to see if you get additional information.

Target folder is empty.

This problem is hitting me as well. I can create an encrypted volume, but it won't mount.

This is on a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 with stock Android 4.4.2.

Cheers, Russ
