vaa3d plug-in to download ocp data
@alexbaden @randalburns @kunallillaney they want to be able to build a plugin to pull data from OCP. unclear which spec they want to pull down, they want us to export a vaa3d file. they will send us the details.
That’s a reasonable thing to do and should be as easy as the vaa3d spec is compact. I’m looking now.

I think doesn't currently exist. If you want client side, is on APL dev path for spring (to support AT work). Would be better to have server side integrated.
Is there a science goal?
