Support for Saxo Bank

Can you support Saxo Bank covering all instruments including FX options.

Looks like they have a nice API, also operate in the EU, and exposes most trading functionality.

However I'm not using them myself (although looking for a replacement for IBKR). I prefer people developing the integration (implementing the Broker interface) who also use it regular.

So unless I switch to them, this will have to be done as a contribution (but happy to help if there are questions).
