I decided to try to raise nut for the subject, but alas it doesn’t work, and the application was written for Windows in 2018.

Could you maybe advance me a little?

Things to try:
 - Connect UPS device to USB bus
 - Run this driver as another user (upsdrvctl -u or 'user=...' in ups.conf).
   See upsdrvctl(8) and ups.conf(5).
