Notification with multiple same Circuit IDs should only return one

Environment

  • Python version: 3.9
  • circuit_maintenance_parser version: 2.0.3

Expected Behavior

Only unique Circuit IDs should be in one notification

Observed Behavior

Some Parsers return repeated Circuit IDs in the same notification
