[RND] Add calico-vpp interdomain testing

Overview

We need to make sure that NSM works over calico vpp in interdomain scenarious

Defenition of doe

  1. Test calico-vpp + nsm in interdomain scenarious (calcio2calico, calico2default cni)
  2. Report/Fix issues if it isn't wokring and consider sepratatly with new issues(link them here).
  3. Add an example into deployments-k8s
  4. Run the example on the ci in kind repository https://github.com/networkservicemesh/integration-k8s-kind.
