Cmd-nsc cannot start after using incorrect annotations

Steps:

  1. Interdomain setup
  2. Vl3 on 1st cluster
  3. Start pods with incorrect annotations (1st cluster - @my.cluster1; 2nd cluster - basic nsm annotation)
  4. Delete these pods
  5. Deploy pod with correct annotation (1st cluster - basic annotation; 2nd - @my.cluster1)
