[R&D] Add examples with using VMWare Tanzu

Overview

We need to check is NSM working fine with VMWare Tanzu.

Defenition of done

• [x] Run basic nsm tests on unmanaged tanzu clusters in kind integration testing repository
• [ ] Run basic nsm tests on managed tanzu clusters in aws / packet integration testing repository
• [ ] Consider options to run NSM between a few managed tanzu clusters in interdomain integration testing repository
