Screen adjustment support

Wondering on the viability of adding screen shift / alignment to compensate for RGB mods. NTSC on Etim RGB kit using 75r C sync shifts quite a bit to the left where PAL is centered for some reason (using NTSC system).

A software fix would be much nicer than forking out 80 bucks for a pass through with horizontal and vertical adjustment pots.

Please note I am using the gameblabla fork release from 2019 on an ED64 PLUS

(edit: MY CRT needed to to be switched to NTSC from Auto - i didn't expect this when using RGB with C sync, games are perfectly centred, as for the menu i found the ini which allows horizontal adjustments)
