Ive fixed the issue mostly with this commit on my fork https://github.com/AriaHiro64/altra64/commit/aa1af6a8cce15407fba3e7b75970fdec43f5c383. just remove the ed64 specific lines and you have your fix the issue was things weren't clearing and drawing the correct way
