Markdown and swift-playground-builder

I have completed migrating all the chapters to markdown and I have built the playgrounds using swift-playground-builder. Now I think they are more readable.

This looked really neat at first, but I actually found it more helpful to be able to work with the source code and comments.... maybe that is just me :/
