How do you move the XNote Column?

How do I move the XNote column to where I can see it? Or even sort on it?

Problem with ALT M and Can't Add Button to Menu in Win10

In an email, the Alt-M sequence opens the Message menu column. And I cannot find the Note Button so I can add it to the toolbar. Regards NetSec
